Inside our body is the prana, known as the life force which is depicted as a form of current running inside our body as energy lines. Whatever we do and perform has a considerate effect on our emotions and mind. Any imbalance which is brought about by anything small and minute act, causing a break or hindrance in these energy lines in our body may cause a disease or an abnormal condition.
Kripalu Yoga is considered to be a link between our physical tasks performed by our body, the mind and Prana. This form of Yoga has a combination of Asana (postures), Dhyana (meditation), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and deep relaxation. If regularly practised this form of Yoga can reduce stress, a person can feel more energetic and anxiety to small events can be reduced. It can also help to remove the hindrances caused in the energy flow and treat diseases and abnormalities and thus can be remedial. Additionally strength, stamina, suppleness, stable emotions and thoughts can be brought up with this Yoga. Kripalu Yoga helps you understand your inner self. By practising Kripalu Yoga you can form a relationship between your mind and body. A follower of this form of Yoga considers own body as a temple and treats and worships to awaken own self. This makes a person do all physical tasks with purity and does not indulge self into any task which is considered wrong or evil.
